As I believe I have mentioned before, we belong to Los Poblanos organics, a weekly fruit and vegetable box that we pick up at a local book store. They grow and pick it themselves, it's all organic and the taste of the produce is ridiculously amazing. Well this week, I chose this batch of "rainbow carrots" (just different colors) because of this little guy:
LEGS! He is currently roasting in the oven and I can smell his deliciousness. He will be sure to be tasty and two-legged. I tell ya, If you ever need inspiration for a surrealist painting, look no further than your fresh produce. Or is it only me who is inspired by carrots with legs?
